About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary IT strategic partner to Connected Health business leaders
- Shape technology strategies that enable growth, operational efficiency, and differentiated customer experiences
- Translate business strategies and transformation objectives into clear, actionable IT roadmaps and investment plans
- Lead IT demand intake, prioritization, and planning for business initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in IT Business Relationship Management, IT Strategy, Consulting, or Business-Facing IT leadership roles
- Strong background in healthcare delivery
- Experience supporting EMR/EHR systems
- Experience with chronic disease management programs
- Experience with insurance billing and reimbursement
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across business and IT
- Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and how technology enables performance improvement
- Experience partnering with Salesforce, contact center platforms, billing systems, and digital health solutions
