About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead engineering strategy and execution across global manufacturing network.
- Oversee facility analysis, site master planning, and capital planning.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with global standards.
- Mentor aspiring engineers and establish communications with key leaders.
- Create and maintain an efficient, highly motivated global engineering organization.
- Introduce advanced technologies and automation solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 12 years experience in regulated industries (medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals).
- Excellent problem-solving capability, and demonstrated experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Financial acumen for managing large-scale budgets and investments.
- Proven experience in a variety of engineering disciplines such as molding, packaging, automation, capital project management etc
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25-50%).
