About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise customers
  • Support high-volume programs and multi-location needs
  • Work closely with Strategic Accounts and Client Success teams
  • Apply sales training to identify needs and present tailored solutions
  • Prioritize the utilization of resources to drive return on investment
  • Develop action plans by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures
  • Create call plan and plans accordingly to maximize focus on top priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of Sales and/or Account Management
  • Proven track record of success in managing clients
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred)
  • Experience in Toxicology/Occupational Health, Diagnostics, or related field (preferred)
  • MS Office and Salesforce experience (preferred)
