About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide on‑site field service support for installation, configuration, modification, and enhancement of vascular medical devices
- Troubleshoot technical issues and determine effective solutions in line with product and customer specifications
- Perform technical analysis of product implementations and upgrades
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
- Deliver technical training and product briefings to customers, distributors, and internal teams
- Act as the local on‑site technical representative , building trusted relationships with customer organizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate Degree or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field service, technical support, or similar roles (medical devices preferred)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel across Central & Southern Italy and occasionally to Spain
