About the role

  • Provide on‑site field service support for installation, configuration, modification, and enhancement of vascular medical devices
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and determine effective solutions in line with product and customer specifications
  • Perform technical analysis of product implementations and upgrades
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
  • Deliver technical training and product briefings to customers, distributors, and internal teams
  • Act as the local on‑site technical representative , building trusted relationships with customer organizations

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent technical qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field service, technical support, or similar roles (medical devices preferred)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel across Central & Southern Italy and occasionally to Spain
