About the role

  • Complies with the procedures used for the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of job applicants
  • Contact, maintain relationship, and negotiate with employment agencies, universities, technical schools, and government agencies for the selection and provision of specialized personnel as temporary help to meet organizational needs
  • Assure compliance with Federal and Puerto Rico Laws
  • Point of contact for Talent Acquisition needs for the sites supporting
  • Participate in assigned projects at country and area level

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or related
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role
  • Two years of experience in areas such as Sourcing, Selection, Hiring, Intake programs among others
  • Experience with the end-to-end recruitment process in a manufacturing or consulting environment
  • Recruitment experience at non-exempt, professional, and leadership roles
  • Possess working knowledge in PR and Federal Labor Laws
  • Experience managing university relations programs
  • MS Office proficient
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish
  • Self-started, results, and service-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong ability to deal with confidential and sensitive situations
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Able to work under tight due date schedules
