About the role
- Complies with the procedures used for the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of job applicants
- Contact, maintain relationship, and negotiate with employment agencies, universities, technical schools, and government agencies for the selection and provision of specialized personnel as temporary help to meet organizational needs
- Assure compliance with Federal and Puerto Rico Laws
- Point of contact for Talent Acquisition needs for the sites supporting
- Participate in assigned projects at country and area level
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or related
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role
- Two years of experience in areas such as Sourcing, Selection, Hiring, Intake programs among others
- Experience with the end-to-end recruitment process in a manufacturing or consulting environment
- Recruitment experience at non-exempt, professional, and leadership roles
- Possess working knowledge in PR and Federal Labor Laws
- Experience managing university relations programs
- MS Office proficient
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish
- Self-started, results, and service-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong ability to deal with confidential and sensitive situations
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Able to work under tight due date schedules
