About the role

  • Lead complex, cross ‑ functional initiatives from intake through stabilization by defining scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements and executable deliverables, ensuring alignment between business, functional, and technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, risk assessments, and issue logs; proactively manage risks, interdependencies, and changes.
  • Analyze current ‑ state procurement, supplier lifecycle, and buying channel processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, document, and implement standardized, scalable process workflows, decision criteria, and governance models aligned to enterprise and S2P best practices.
  • Act as a central coordination point across global Procurement, IT, Finance, Public Affairs, and regional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Supply-Chain, Business, or Financial Degree
  • 2-5 years of Procurement and/or relevant experience
  • Understanding of Source to Pay technology and process like SAP Ariba or any other
  • Skilled in spreadsheet programs such as Excel, Smartsheets
  • Ability to create PowerPoint decks and presentations
