Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex, cross ‑ functional initiatives from intake through stabilization by defining scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
Translate business needs into structured requirements and executable deliverables, ensuring alignment between business, functional, and technical teams.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, risk assessments, and issue logs; proactively manage risks, interdependencies, and changes.
Analyze current ‑ state procurement, supplier lifecycle, and buying channel processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Design, document, and implement standardized, scalable process workflows, decision criteria, and governance models aligned to enterprise and S2P best practices.
Act as a central coordination point across global Procurement, IT, Finance, Public Affairs, and regional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree: Supply-Chain, Business, or Financial Degree
2-5 years of Procurement and/or relevant experience
Understanding of Source to Pay technology and process like SAP Ariba or any other
Skilled in spreadsheet programs such as Excel, Smartsheets
Ability to create PowerPoint decks and presentations
