Help ensure value achievement by designing long-term architectural design for Abbott’s ERP environment – for on-premise as well as cloud-based solutions
Help ensure best practices and standards for large ERP implementations
Work in a collaborative environment that harbors and welcomes new ideas
Work with functional teams to understand end-to-end processes (Commercial, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, data, and integration teams to understand how SAP fits into the broader IT ecosystem

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
0-2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
Excellent communication skills
Strong willingness to learn and apply
Desire to learn and expand skills through self-study, coaching, and hands-on job experience
Be a problem solver
Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities
