About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets (monthly/quarterly/annually)
- Align business plans with national strategic objectives and ensure KPI performance
- Partner with Enterprise Accounts to drive contract compliance and portfolio pull-through
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team
- Set clear expectations, drive accountability, and recognize achievements
- Optimize field resource deployment and territory alignment
- Prioritize customer targets based on opportunity and strategic value
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5+ years of successful people management
- 10+ years in medical devices, preferably in a regulated environment
- Willingness to travel 50–75% for regional/national initiatives.
