About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cover the San Diego & Orange County, CA territory
- Drive market share growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities
- Build trust and long-term partnerships with customers
- Manage complex, long-term capital sales cycles
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Account Manager to secure business in large hospital systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of sales experience with at least 2+ years in capital equipment sales
- Must reside in the territory
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel 50-75%
- Proven success in strategic sales
- Experience in capital sales and/or multi-stakeholder environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in SalesForce.com CRM system
