About the role
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales strategies in assigned market.
- Drive primary sales, secondary sales and ensuring brand presence in defined markets.
- Supervise/manage the distributor network to achieve desired sales objectives.
- Develop customer management plan, approve expiry products issue credit note for distributors under control.
- Recommend appointment and credit limits of distributors.
- Develop, execute & plan resource utilization and participate in Strategy Execution review meetings.
Requirements
- 2+ Years of experience.
- Candidate with prior/current experience in the same therapy.
- Candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantages.
- Fluent and confident in communication.
