About the role

  • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales strategies in assigned market.
  • Drive primary sales, secondary sales and ensuring brand presence in defined markets.
  • Supervise/manage the distributor network to achieve desired sales objectives.
  • Develop customer management plan, approve expiry products issue credit note for distributors under control.
  • Recommend appointment and credit limits of distributors.
  • Develop, execute & plan resource utilization and participate in Strategy Execution review meetings.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience.
  • Candidate with prior/current experience in the same therapy.
  • Candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantages.
  • Fluent and confident in communication.
