About the role

  • Promote and sell Abbott medical devices to the specialized medical community
  • Provide scientific information and product benefits within your product segment
  • Achieve defined sales targets
  • Identify the most appropriate physician panels to visit by selecting target audiences using predefined criteria
  • Plan and execute scheduled visits, define action strategies, and maintain follow-up
  • Serve as the interface between customers and the company’s various departments to assist and expedite internal procedures
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts as established by the division
  • Monitor payments due to Abbott from clients in your portfolio
  • Track the commercial and financial performance of your client portfolio
  • Identify client needs and opportunities, proposing actions for special projects
  • Participate in congresses and medical events
  • Manage the budget allocated to your region

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within the medical devices sector with a focus on cardiology
  • Intermediate English for reading technical materials
  • Sales techniques
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Previous experience in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM/pacemaker) sector is a plus
