About the role

  • Achieve or exceed sales and market share targets and KPIs, driving profitable growth in the assigned region in alignment with Area and National strategies and goals
  • Lead a team of 8–12 direct reports (Sales Representatives)
  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through volume, account and expense management, including market share gains and market/account analysis
  • Deliver targets through individual recognition, performance reviews, people management and reward
  • Successfully implement country product launches

Requirements

  • Postgraduate diploma or university degree with 3–5 years of leadership experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in Pharma or Medical Devices
  • Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and diabetes technology
  • Proven ability to work as an RSM with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare segment
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Experience leading high-performance teams
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
