About the role
- Achieve or exceed sales and market share targets and KPIs as defined, driving profitable growth in the assigned region
- Lead a team of 8–12 direct reports (Sales Representatives)
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
- Drive profitable revenue growth in the assigned region through volume, account and expense management
- Grow market share through market and account analysis
- Deliver targets through individual recognition, performance reviews, people management and reward
- Successfully implement country product launches
Requirements
- Postgraduate diploma or university degree with 3–5 years of leadership experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Pharma or Medical Devices
- Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and diabetes technology
- Proven ability to work with KOLs in the healthcare segment as an RSM
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Experience leading high-performance teams
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
