Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
5+ years of IT Business Systems Analysis experience.
Strong capability to convert complex business and technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Strong experience supporting IT projects Managers through deployment and closure.
2–4+ years of business process analysis experience.
Experience conducting feasibility assessments and cost/benefit analysis.
Proven understanding of core project management disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross functional teams.
Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
Hands-on experiences working in ServiceNow.
Working knowledge of Windows hardware and operating systems.
Ability to meet onsite attendance expectations.
