About the role

  • Lead engineering strategy and execution across global manufacturing network
  • Ensure operational excellence, scalability, and innovation in engineering processes
  • Build and develop a high-performing Global Engineering team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet facility needs
  • Oversee engineering for molding, packaging, and automation systems across sites

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
  • Minimum 12 years experience in regulated industries (medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals)
  • Excellent problem-solving capability, and demonstrated experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Financial acumen for managing large-scale budgets and investments.
  • Proven experience in a variety of engineering disciplines such as molding, packaging, automation, capital project management etc
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25-50%).
