Develop cybersecurity strategies and multi‑year roadmaps addressing current and anticipated security challenges
Collaborate with stakeholders to author and update cybersecurity policies and control standards
Identify emerging risks and contribute to the design of policies, controls, and processes
Define business requirements for cybersecurity tools and lead evaluations of potential solutions
Serve as a cybersecurity subject matter expert on strategic IT project teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field—or equivalent work experience
3–8 years of security design and implementation experience
Experience developing and documenting strategic cybersecurity solution roadmaps
Ability to explain, advocate for, and address cybersecurity requirements within cross‑functional teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
