- Formulating sales strategies for markets within the assigned geography and product lines to attain revenue goals set by the company.
- Managing and coaching the activities of sales representatives, clinical representatives, and other field personnel.
- Negotiating contracts with external customers and keeping the company informed of market dynamics and competitive activity.
- Recruits, coaches and develops organizational talent.
- Fostering a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
- Developing and executing organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups by utilizing technical/professional knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of related work experience or related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Ability to provide direction and monitor progress of exempt specialists and/or supervisory staff toward departmental goals; monitor costs of projects and of human and material resources within a department or unit; monitor company-wide indicators such as market share and profitability; monitor external environment in area of technical or professional responsibility.
- Able to perform this job in a quality system environment.
- Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19.
- Prior experience, knowledge of medical devices preferred, especially with interventional cardiology. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with Structural Heart experience.
