About the role

  • Conduct product training for physicians — both on-site in hospitals and at our training center in Eschborn
  • Provide technical support during implant procedures and assist with leadless cases
  • Present our technologies at professional conferences and trade shows — including support for Tech Suits
  • Provide advice and support before, during and after the use of our products
  • Case management: analyze technical issues, develop solutions and follow up on open cases
  • Document and maintain data in our systems to ensure high service quality

Requirements

  • Degree in biomedical engineering, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in medical-technical field service or in a clinical environment is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Very good German and English skills
