About the role

  • Sales of sophisticated, technically complex cardiology products (LAA, ASO, PFO, VSD occluders, etc.)
  • Support during procedures — product implantations in the cath lab (cardiac catheterization laboratory)
  • Manage the sales territory with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
  • New customer acquisition and expansion within the territory (including interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, pediatric cardiologists, neonatologists, etc.)
  • Initiation and execution of user certification processes for the products in hospitals and clinics
  • Take responsibility for sales planning and the development of sales/territory plans

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Medical Engineering, or comparable vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in sales
  • Ability to build long-term working relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive approach to change
  • Willingness to travel frequently, proactive attitude, and above-average commitment
  • Proficient in MS Office and good command of English
