About the role
- Sales of sophisticated, technically complex cardiology products (LAA, ASO, PFO, VSD occluders, etc.)
- Support during procedures — product implantations in the cath lab (cardiac catheterization laboratory)
- Manage the sales territory with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
- New customer acquisition and expansion within the territory (including interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, pediatric cardiologists, neonatologists, etc.)
- Initiation and execution of user certification processes for the products in hospitals and clinics
- Take responsibility for sales planning and the development of sales/territory plans
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Medical Engineering, or comparable vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in sales
- Ability to build long-term working relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive approach to change
- Willingness to travel frequently, proactive attitude, and above-average commitment
- Proficient in MS Office and good command of English
