About the role
- Promote therapy adoption: Support implantation centers and reference sites to optimize heart failure programs and strengthen the partnership with Abbott.
- Ensure clinical excellence: Attend implants and follow-ups, provide product training, and resolve technical issues across the portfolio.
- Drive business development: Build and maintain strong relationships with implantation centers, negotiate contracts, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Establish referral programs: Create networks with cardiologists and heart failure specialists, organize educational events, and deploy strategies to increase patient referrals.
- Serve as a therapy expert: Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and best practices to inform commercial strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams and key opinion leaders to propose impactful solutions and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in cardiology; heart failure expertise highly desirable.
- Proven experience in territory management or business development, with negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (in-person and virtual).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Willingness to travel within the Paris region and northern France.
