About the role
- Technical support for Abbott Molecular Diagnostics (AMD) customers on-site (repairs)
- Schedule and perform planned preventive maintenance (PM)
- Equipment installations and deinstallations (installations and removals)
- Ensure customer satisfaction based on Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Meet service KPIs and ensure business growth and profitability for the territory
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Medical Technology, or completed vocational training in one of these fields with several years of professional experience
- Initial experience in field service and customer service
- Proven ability to work successfully with customers, preferably with laboratory staff
- Technical expert with product line responsibility
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
- Solid experience working with analytical tools and software
- Fluent German and good English skills
