About the role

  • Responsible for overseeing the global Managed Print Services (MPS) program, including strategic planning, performance monitoring through key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring service effectiveness.
  • Manage the procurement, tracking and governance of IT hardware assets within ServiceNow, while maintaining a robust vendor management framework.
  • Collaborate with a selected global partner to assess current print requirements across 70+ countries and 550+ sites.
  • Negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and control expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
  • Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure their print service needs and expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 7+ years of experience.
  • 10 years of IT experience with 7 years in Hardware Asset Management in large or midsized global organization.
  • Successfully managed an operating budget for Managed Print and or Hardware Asset Services, totaling $2.9 million annually or more.
  • Proven experience and understanding of the complete hardware life cycle of print (MPS) and Hardware asset lifecycle (PC's, Network equipment, Servers, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate with business leads, understand business processes and Data Management.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proven leadership skills, self-directed with strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task across multiple programs successfully.
