About the role
- Lead strategies to secure optimal access for Abbott’s digital health solutions across the Nordic region
- Develop and execute strategies to position Abbott’s digital health solutions in Nordic tenders and market access initiatives
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, privacy standards, and interoperability requirements
- Collaborate with Market Access, Legal, and Data Privacy teams to meet regulatory and certification standards
- Build strong relationships with payers, procurement authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Represent Abbott as a trusted partner in digital health across the Nordic healthcare ecosystem
Requirements
- Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in market access, healthcare procurement, or digital health strategy
- Strong understanding of privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Experience with software integration, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proven ability to manage complex tenders and navigate healthcare system requirements
- Fluent in English; Nordic languages are a plus
