About the role

  • Sales of the Vessel Closure portfolio (e.g., Perclose ProStyle) to interventional cardiologists, radiologists and vascular surgeons
  • Strategic territory and account planning: analysis, development and implementation of structured actions
  • Stakeholder management: building and maintaining relationships with purchasing, controlling/finance and clinical decision-makers
  • Supporting procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab to ensure correct device application
  • Conducting product trainings and certifications for medical staff according to internal quality standards
  • Market and competitor analysis with development of concrete recommendations for action
  • Documentation and reporting via the CRM system — transparent and traceable.

Requirements

  • University degree (Business, Medical Engineering, Natural Sciences) or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in the sales of complex medical devices, ideally in the cardiovascular field
  • Ability to perform structured analysis and implement sales strategies
  • You work independently, accurately and reliably and can communicate complex issues clearly and understandably
  • Understanding of the DRG reimbursement system is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel regularly and in a structured manner within your sales territory
  • Valid driving license for Germany
