About the role

  • Implement and monitor Business Intelligence models for customer segmentation and targeting
  • Drive Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives and educate the organization on SFE concepts
  • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions
  • Plan and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Own and manage sales incentive plans, including bonus design and calculations
  • Provide competitive intelligence and insights to support business development and strategic planning
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose new sales force strategies, including resource allocation and geographical deployment
  • Lead productivity workshops and facilitate improvement action plans
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Marketing, Medical) to optimize processes and productivity
  • Perform ongoing data analysis, benchmarking, and corrective action recommendations

Requirements

  • BCom/BSc Degree
  • MBA desirable with preferred focus on Strategy, Marketing and Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles
  • Seasoned experience in Sales and or Marketing
  • Relevant Experience in Commercial Excellence in Healthcare Industry preferably in Diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
  • Product/industry knowledge, technical/business acumen
  • Strong project experience in Commercial Area
  • Full Understanding of the SFE principles is a must
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI and Salesforce.com
