About the role
- Implement and execute defined strategies to improve results, aiming to meet and exceed established targets
- Consolidate and analyze district information, recommending promotional actions to Product Managers and GND
- Manage the budget allocated to the District
- Develop people to achieve results through daily field visits alongside the REP, people management, coaching processes, attraction, and retention
- Develop succession plans, managing career development opportunities according to employee needs, interests, and individual potential
- Promote product concepts and strengthen Abbott's image with key opinion leaders (KOLs) by conducting field visits, attending congresses and medical events within and outside the District, participating in national forums, and building and strengthening relationships with customers and physicians in the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or Pharmacy
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the role — preferably in the commercial/sales area
