About the role
- Focus on district-level execution with the sales activities of the CM Account Executive
- Travel and provide feedback to the district Team under his/her Supervision
- Coach the sales team to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
- Manage the performance of the district sales team to meet individual Goals
- Drive Distribution engagement in the field to create Demand to support the commanded District
- Act as a resource for contract negotiation, pricing, proposal, bid preparation, customer service and customer follow-up supporting his/her region
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and communication with sales and marketing management
Requirements
- BA/BS/BBA with preferred concentration in sales, marketing, nursing, medical technology, or business
- 8+ years of successful sales experience
- 1-3 years’ experience managing field sales team
- Strong knowledge of strategic selling methods in the clinical market
- Proven track record of sales performance and success
- Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Must meet vendor credentialing requirements; ability to work in physician and hospital settings
- Diagnostics experience preferred
