About the role
- Lead, develop and coach assigned clinical specialists and area managers
- Implement the company strategy within the region
- Develop customer-specific concepts and strategies taking into account evolving market conditions
- Coordinate and lead all field sales activities and ensure the achievement of planned targets
- Set individual objectives for each sales territory
- Develop, strengthen and deepen customer relationships with key accounts and opinion leaders
- Consistent planning and follow-up on allocated budgets
- Responsible management of field sales resources
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable vocational qualification
- Substantial professional experience in consultative selling or marketing of sophisticated medical devices and/or clinical experience with complex medical issues
- Proven ability to motivate and consistently lead a team is required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented and structured working style and an entrepreneurial mindset are desirable
- Confident presence and the ability to gain the trust of demanding customers and develop long-term customer relationships
- Good project management skills
- High degree of initiative and flexibility, and strong willingness to travel
- Good MS Office and English skills
