Implement local and national marketing initiatives to build brand development of Portico/Navitor and maximize Abbott SH product portfolio awareness.
Collaborate with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
Collect high volume accounts data build market assessment file to identify and expand business opportunities
Focus on growing and developing key existing clients to maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
Play an active role in potential key competitors accounts to convert and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
Develop a complete understanding of account needs
Be as a contact point for key opinion leaders and key decision makers
Manage communications between key clients and internal teams
Manage the distributors and agencies
Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service and product to upper management
Active role in LBE and AOP periods
Negotiate contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Requirements
Understanding of SH (or similar) product lines and solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market
Bachelor’s Degree or experience equivalent
5 years of successful sales experience within medical device industry, minimum 3 years specific TAVI experience in cath lab will be a plus
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Well organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.
Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
Customer- and results- oriented, self-starter
