About the role

  • Develop and drive EMEA market access strategy for the ADC product portfolio
  • Ensure market access launch readiness in all EMEA markets
  • Differentiate products by adapting the global value story to the local healthcare context
  • Develop communication platforms to reinforce value messages for products
  • Design and implement innovative mechanisms to enable and expand reimbursement
  • Partner with payers to develop integrated digital solutions and value modules
  • Negotiate for local reimbursement expansion as needed

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree in Science, Economics, Legal or related areas
  • Preferred: Medical Degree, Master’s Degree in Market Access, Public Health, Health Economics, or Health Policy
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in regional or global reimbursement and market access functions in pharma/medical devices
  • Understanding of diabetes and blood glucose measuring business
  • Proven track record of defending established products and bringing new products into reimbursement
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills
  • Ability to drive execution of plans with support from other functions
  • Strong background in evidence-based medicine, public health, market access, competitive effectiveness research, or health economics
  • Diligence, teamwork, and executive communication skills
