About the role
- Responsible for ensuring that the assigned territory meets or exceeds sales objectives
- Maximize return on investment in key hospital accounts
- Plan and build partnerships with stakeholders
- Implement partnership programs in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Follow up with Field Force to ensure program implementation
- Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical multinational companies
- Planning, negotiation and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Account management and strategic thinking
