About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align HR practices with business objectives and support HR initiatives
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
- Oversee country-specific HR operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and global HR policies
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to business leaders and employees
- Advise managers and employees on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Support change management and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage country-specific HR projects and participate in continuous improvement of HR practices
- Ensure accurate employee master data and confidential employee records
- Oversee country-specific employee relations matters, including disputes, performance issues, and legal claims
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to manage costs and processes
- Ensure GDPR or local data protection compliance
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development initiatives
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, exits, and offboarding
- Track talent management, employee engagement, retention, and performance KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, required
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role
- Proven experience in a multi-site, multi-country HR context
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices for France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms; Workday preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, talent management, change management, and organizational development
- Up to 10% travel, mostly in the region, with occasional other domestic and international travel
