About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the marketing of ABB’s Low Voltage Dry Type Transformer offerings for targeted market segments
  • Manage product offerings throughout their lifecycle in line with market needs and product group strategy and targets
  • Drive long-term profitable growth of the product line
  • Oversee offer lifecycle activities including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability
  • Drive product strategy through market intelligence, portfolio gap identification, and global roadmap definition
  • Translate customer insights into product and portfolio direction through engagement with customers, partners, and regional teams
  • Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales
  • Prioritize development, manage the offer lifecycle, and deliver profitable market outcomes
  • Shape global go-to-market strategies including value propositions, pricing, positioning, channel enablement, and regional alignment
  • Contribute to ABB’s Electrification Smart Buildings division across North America, Latin America, and Europe

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience in low-voltage electrical gear and transformer products and markets
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Availability to travel 25% domestically and internationally as needed
  • Experience working in SAP
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel
