About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support with the accurate end-to-end resolution of post-sale customer requests.
- Assist in resolving warranty products, customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze trends within the claims process to highlight any repetitive failures to further support continuous improvement.
- Ensure the resolution of post-sale customer requests/complaints/disputes.
- Track any disputes that arise and proactively coordinate with the necessary functions to ensure faster resolution.
- Work with the manager in providing appropriate solution for customer claims, coordinating with the related teams to ensure complete handling of the complaints, and ensuring containment actions, returns, credits, and/or debits are processed.
- Collect and archive the documentation regarding requests/claims/disputes within the target timeline and ensure all outcomes/actions are recorded and closed in the systems within your scope of responsibility.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical equipment design, manufacturing, or testing, OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical equipment design, manufacturing, or testing.
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and working well with others across business functions
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
- Electrical distribution equipment experience, low or medium voltage switchgear design, manufacturing, application, or operation
- Experience with SAP and or Sales Force.com
- Demonstrated verbal and written Communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel. Outlook, and Teams
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States.
