About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a functional work team to deliver accurate and timely procurement activities like transactional purchasing, e-sourcing, data management, and reporting
  • Ensure execution in accordance with company and Procurement team instructions and procedures
  • Track procurement activities within the team, while ensuring quality of delivery service at improved transactional cost
  • Minimize risk regarding quality and financial exposure by buying in accordance with quality and commercial procedures and company guidelines
  • Secure the accurate application of group guidelines to drive improvement in cost, quality, delivery, and working capital (payment terms, lead times, order quantities, and purchased material inventory)
  • Execute the implementation, operation, maintenance, and performance of supply chain systems
  • Investigate problems, find root causes, and recommend improvement to existing and planned procurement processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • +2 years of experience in E2E Procurement to Pay processes, familiar with digital tools and systems
  • Immersed in ERP SAP, MDG/CFIN, SAP SSS (Ariba Supplier, Sourcing and Contract Modules) as well as Ariba Buying and the engineering and automation market
  • Enhanced knowledge of ERP SAP, MDG, ARIBA SSS (Onboarding, Sourcing, Buying and Contract Modules), Digitalization, Power BI, Advanced excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Industrial Engineering, or related
  • At ease communicating in English and Spanish, Portuguese will be a plus.
