About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver technical support to customers by helping them apply cybersecurity solutions
Execute and support implementation of cybersecurity solutions
Provide training and ongoing support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle
Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or higher degrees in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in industrial automation or OT environments
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in industrial automation or OT environments preferred
Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, network protocols (Modbus, OPC, etc.), and industrial communication standards
Knowledge of OT security best practices and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO/IEC 2700x)
Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications are preferred (e.g. CISSP, GIAC, ISA/IEC 62443)
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals including risk assessments, access control, incident response, and vulnerability management
Familiarity of cyber platforms (e.g. AV Solutions, Backup and recovery, Network Monitoring) and patching strategies of OT systems
A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following workplace safety guidelines
Willingness to travel up to 65%
US Citizen or work authorization to perform work within the US is required
