About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver technical support to customers by helping them apply cybersecurity solutions
- Execute and support implementation of cybersecurity solutions
- Provide training and ongoing support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle
- Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or higher degrees in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in industrial automation or OT environments
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in industrial automation or OT environments preferred
- Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, network protocols (Modbus, OPC, etc.), and industrial communication standards
- Knowledge of OT security best practices and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO/IEC 2700x)
- Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications are preferred (e.g. CISSP, GIAC, ISA/IEC 62443)
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals including risk assessments, access control, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Familiarity of cyber platforms (e.g. AV Solutions, Backup and recovery, Network Monitoring) and patching strategies of OT systems
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following workplace safety guidelines
- Willingness to travel up to 65%
- US Citizen or work authorization to perform work within the US is required
