Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, international relations, or a related field
Advanced degree or certifications such as GMS, CRP, or SCRP are a valuable asset
At least 10 years of leadership experience in global mobility management
In-depth understanding of international immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment compliance
Strong project management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools
