About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end KPI management across assigned product families, consolidating data from multiple Manufacturing Units and Local Sales Organizations
  • Ensure comprehensive visibility on Time-to-Close, Customer DPU, CoPQ, FPY , and other key metrics, with clear breakdown by factory to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure consistent alignment on root cause analyses and CAPAs across all sites, eliminating duplicate efforts and establishing a single Quality voice for the product line actively contributing during the Quality Circle events/reviews
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for critical quality issues and lead RCA processes when investigations span multiple factories
  • Coordinate implementation of corrective and preventive actions ( ECN, material rework ) across sites to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Act as Quality advisor to ensure consistent standards and practices across all factories and LSOs for assigned product families
  • Take ownership of Quality from concept through product release in NPI projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or related field)
  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Management roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Deep product knowledge of UPS systems, including design, manufacturing processes, and end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Proven experience in cross-functional and cross-site Quality management, including RCA methodologies, CAPA processes, and KPI-driven performance management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align global teams across different cultures and organizational levels
