About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all divisional Talent Acquisition topics.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate workforce and capability needs into effective hiring strategies.
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for senior, critical, and multi-country/global roles.
  • Leverage TA data and performance measures to drive efficiency.
  • Contribute to TA community projects and best practice sharing.
  • Partner with TA Leadership, HR, and business leadership on workforce planning.
  • Provide internal and external talent insights to guide strategy, location decisions, and build vs buy choices.
  • Lead and support talent pooling for critical and emerging capability roles.
  • Ensure application of global TA standards, systems, KPIs, and governance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in business administration, HR, psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Hands-on experience running end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries and regions.
  • Sound knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge and/or interest in agile profiles / set-up.
  • Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition trends.
  • Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and energetic.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage.
