About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the single point of contact for all divisional Talent Acquisition topics.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate workforce and capability needs into effective hiring strategies.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for senior, critical, and multi-country/global roles.
- Leverage TA data and performance measures to drive efficiency.
- Contribute to TA community projects and best practice sharing.
- Partner with TA Leadership, HR, and business leadership on workforce planning.
- Provide internal and external talent insights to guide strategy, location decisions, and build vs buy choices.
- Lead and support talent pooling for critical and emerging capability roles.
- Ensure application of global TA standards, systems, KPIs, and governance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in business administration, HR, psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Hands-on experience running end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries and regions.
- Sound knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques.
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in agile profiles / set-up.
- Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition trends.
- Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Self-driven, resilient, and energetic.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage.
