Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15 - 20 years of experience in Travel & Expense, with end-to-end process knowledge (Concur preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of people management, with a proven track record in leading and developing teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging across multiple levels and functions
  • Experience in process improvement and project management, driving operational enhancements
  • Solution-oriented, self-driven mindset with a hands-on, “can-do” approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to work in multicultural environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Travel Management; fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
