About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Led regional T&E Business Partner teams, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient service delivery aligned with global standards
- Acted as the primary regional liaison, enabling compliant, efficient T&E processes across countries and business areas
- Managed operations to meet SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations, ensuring consistent performance across the region

- Ensured full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, partnering with integrity teams on risk and compliance cases
- Drove process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to enhance efficiency
- Led regional projects, system implementations, and complex issue resolution, including vendor coordination and M&A support
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15 - 20 years of experience in Travel & Expense, with end-to-end process knowledge (Concur preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of people management, with a proven track record in leading and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging across multiple levels and functions
- Experience in process improvement and project management, driving operational enhancements
- Solution-oriented, self-driven mindset with a hands-on, “can-do” approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to work in multicultural environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Travel Management; fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
