About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drives sales of products/systems/services within an assigned market, aligned with division strategy and targets
  • Identifies and develops new sales opportunities to expand the business
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Ensures a positive, end-to-end customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Electrical field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of contractors, OEM, integrators and panel shop markets in Western Canada
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • (Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)
