About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage specific product lines within Smart Power and Smart Buildings divisions
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Canada aligned with global strategy
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution, including launch readiness and sales enablement
  • Support the global Product Management in optimizing the low-voltage distribution portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management/sales in low voltage solutions OEM/industrial components and/or NEMA low voltage distribution
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge and experience of Canada Market, channel to market
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in development and implementation of Marketing and Sales strategy for low voltage solutions
  • Sound technical knowledge of electrical distribution equipment
  • Must be fluent in French and English. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis
