About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the Energy market by executing sales strategy to meet sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Create winning bids, estimations or quotations based on customer specification and requirements
  • Enhance sales through strategic initiatives, value-based selling, target setting, and engagement in contract negotiations
  • Manage the preparation of competitive bids and proposals, addressing technical, financial, and project aspects while identifying risks
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, efficient use of tools, accurate forecasting, and support for administrative and reporting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor/master’s in Electrical Engineering
  • More than 8 years of experience in related field e.g., In Bids & Proposals/Engineering in power generation/industry projects or service
  • Previous experience in the field of Excitation- / power electronics systems / protection or synchronous generators is a benefit
  • Experience in system modelling or simulation is an advantage
  • Experience in developing strong customer and internal relationships locally and globally
  • Fluent in English, German or French language beneficial
  • Willingness to engage directly with clients and teams worldwide—travel commitment up to 15%.
