About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In this role, you will help shape the strategic positioning and launch of innovative products in close partnership with Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams across the organization.
  • Manage and coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities throughout the full product lifecycle in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Run ongoing product marketing initiatives, campaigns and messaging activities to ensure clear and compelling communication of customer value propositions.
  • Develop launch plans, annual marketing calendars and prioritization strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Act as a collaborative bridge between R&D, Sales and Marketing, ensuring transparent communication, stakeholder alignment and effective project execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing or a related strategic marketing role within an industrial or technology-driven environment.
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear communication and storytelling capabilities, including the ability to translate complex technical topics into customer-oriented messaging.
  • Experience developing product positioning, value propositions and sales enablement materials such as presentations, brochures and launch assets.
  • Collaborative mindset combined with confidence, initiative and the ability to question ideas constructively when needed.
  • Effective analytical thinking and the ability to identify market needs, trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
