About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • develop sales and strengthen the B&R Industrial Automation brand among machine manufacturers in the designated region.
  • build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • actively acquire new customers in central Poland.
  • provide technical consulting and select appropriate products and solutions in industrial automation.
  • prepare and present commercial offers and conduct negotiations.
  • deliver product and sales presentations at customer sites.
  • cooperate with internal company departments, particularly technical support, order management, and marketing teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher technical education, preferably in industrial automation, electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Solid technical knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or technical sales support within industrial automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, presentation skills, and negotiation techniques.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in English and full professional proficiency in Polish.
  • Valid category B driving license and readiness for business travel.
