Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting complex equipment
Identify operational improvement opportunities
Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety
Plan, prepare, and execute field service work on DCS and PLC systems
Perform on-site and remote diagnostics to identify technical issues
Deliver superior customer experience by maintaining clear communication of service timelines
Prepare comprehensive material lists and maintain organized documentation of all service activities
Work collaboratively with customers on-site to identify operational pain points
Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities in service delivery processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years of hands-on field service experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning of PLC/DCS systems
Proven expertise servicing multiple DCS system types with strong technical understanding of hydro power generation processes
Proficiency with ABB PLC or DCS systems
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with field instruments, control systems, and electrical automation concepts
Fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation, reporting, and technical analysis
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to customer satisfaction
Proven problem-solving capability with ability to work independently in field environments
Willingness to travel frequently within the APAC region
