About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Defining and implementing the specified market (global/regional) channel sales strategy, in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and ensuring regular follow-up to achieve them.
- Implementing annual performance assessments and forecast processes for channel partners.
- Ensuring appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities are in place for our channel partners.
- Designing the policies and relevant standards (e.g., market segmentation, customer due diligence, cybersecurity) to be used globally for channel partner evaluation and certification.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of industry experience is required
- Experience in Analytics and experience managing channel partners to improve effectiveness is required
- Ability and willingness to travel 30-50% of the time, domestically and internationally.
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
