About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead large automation upgrade and migration projects for customers from early stages through handover and commissioning.
- Ensure successful project execution by motivating the team, communicating effectively, and bringing out the best in everyone.
- Take responsibility for project progress, financial performance, and delivery quality in line with ABB and partner requirements.
- Apply commercial insight and technical understanding to manage challenges across control and automation system projects.
- Develop as part of one of Norway’s leading project management environments while applying ABB’s project methodology.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record and experience (minimum 3 year) within project management and/or engineering management.
- Strong leadership skills with focus on quality and on-time delivery.
- A commercially oriented mindset.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Education in technical fields or project management.
- Proficient language skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
