About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate on-site service work and ensure it complies with ABB's and the customer's guidelines.
- Act as the single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate service technicians across Switzerland.
- Organize and manage service orders, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations in the medium- and low-voltage sector.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the service team to ensure efficient planning and execution of daily service activities.
- Continuously monitor resource allocation and respond flexibly to changing requirements, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical or commercial vocational education/training.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in service planning, for example as a Service Dispatcher, Service Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance, service, commissioning, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; good command of English and French is considered a plus.
