About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Issue, amend, extend, and cancel bank guarantees and bonds in accordance with business requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of trade finance instruments.
- Coordinate with relationship banks and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of requests.
- Review guarantee wording and support negotiations with customers, banks, and legal teams.
- Monitor outstanding guarantees and ensure renewals, expiries, and reductions are managed proactively.
- Maintain trade finance documentation and records in relevant systems.
- Support global business units with trade finance expertise and advisory services.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and risk management requirements.
- Prepare reports, KPIs, and management information related to guarantee portfolios and utilization.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across global operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Treasury, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Trade Finance, Treasury Operations, Banking, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong knowledge of guarantees, bonds, letters of credit, and international trade finance practices.
- Experience working with multinational organizations and global banking partners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
